2 0 0 7 NEWSLETTER PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE: Thanksgiving came early this year so I hope all of you had a wonderful time with family and friends. Our November General Meeting was a great success. More than 35 of our members appreciated speakers Neal Sofman and Anna Bullard who shared their knowledge and enthusiasm for the newest books on the literary list. Many thanks go to Ruth Lycette, Nancy Hagosian, and committee for the refreshments and delightful flower arrangements. The Fall Community Project led by Ellie Barry and Toni Buckley was so successful that the six huge barrels of food were collected for the San Francisco Food Bank. All of us are thankful for our thoughtful community of Forest Hill. The Holiday Season is fast approaching and we in the Garden Club are anticipating a busy December for our delightful community!
