PRESIDENTS' MESSAGE:

We have officially moved back into our clubhouse and the Association threw a big bash community house-warming party. It was a beautiful day and it was a time to welcome many new families in the neighborhood. Our October meeting was held at Bookshop West Portal—thank you, Neal Sofman, for introducing us to the latest books on the shelf.

If you missed the grand opening, come to our November meeting and get a tour of our renovation. The November meeting is to collect food for our annual food drive. Toni Buckley and Ellie Barry are in charge. We will have holiday table displays and floral arrangements for the season.

The holiday is almost upon us. Our traditional Dinner Dance will be held on December 9th. The clubhouse and tree will be decorated on December 8th. Our wreath-making event will be held on Thursday, December 5th. See Xmas flyer for details.

Tabletop Inspirations For The Holidays: Calling all Volunteers
Our November 18th program will include a feast for the senses. Our eyes will dance at the beauty and creativity of table settings created by our own talented members. Our noses will take in the scents of floral arrangements designed to complement the tabletops in a profusion of color, texture and diversity of design. Our mouths will curve into smiles of delight!

Be part of the fun and sign up today to display your treasures, collections, and anything that would enhance a single place setting of your favorite flatware, stemware and china. Every era can be represented, any style proposed. You may choose to do a floral arrangement only or in tandem with a tabletop display. Work with a friend!
