PRESIDENTS' MESSAGE: Happy Valentine’s Day month to all of you! Did you know? February was originally 29 days long but one day was transferred to the month of August—the 29th day was added in leap year. What would we do without trivia! Our February program will be a watercolor demonstration. Hopefully you will be encouraged to bring out your artistic talents. We will be treated to a special watercolor painting demonstration by Gary Bukovnik. This event is being held in the Forest Hill Clubhouse on Monday, February 17th at 1:00 p.m. and is being hosted by Sally Kipper. Please feel free to invite any guests you would like, as this event is open to guests. The event is free to all. We want to thank Clorinda Aldrich for chairing our January program. The original program was cancelled and the program was shifted to the Fairmont Hotel tour. The hotel is atop Nob Hill, the most famous of the 40 hills of San Francisco. Our March meeting will be held briefly on the 17th day of the month during the St. Patrick’s Day dinner, hosted by the Forest Hill Association and the Garden Club. Dottie McHugh is host.
